Disqualification Report

See every disqualified candidate over a period — grouped by reason, job, recruiter, or source — to spot patterns in why deals fall through.

Written by Kushagra Dwivedi

See every candidate your team disqualified over a given period — grouped by reason, job, recruiter, or source. The Disqualification Report is built for spotting patterns: are too many candidates getting rejected for the same reason? Is one job churning candidates faster than the rest? Is a particular source bringing in unqualified leads?

Useful for recruiters auditing their own funnel quality, agency owners catching client-feedback patterns, and ops leads diagnosing sourcing problems.

How to run the report

  1. Go to Reports and select Disqualification.

  2. Pick the time period at the top.

  3. Use Group By to set the breakdown — Disqualification Reason, Job, Lead Owner, or Source.

  4. Open Filters to scope the data using the same options.

  5. Click Download for an export, or Save the view so the filters stick next time.

Practical example

An agency owner notices candidate quality complaints from one client. They open Disqualification, set the range to the past month, filter to that client's jobs, and group by Disqualification Reason. The view shows 60% of disqualifications are tagged "Insufficient Experience", a sign sourcing criteria need tightening. They share the export with the recruiter on that account and tweak the sourcing search.

Things to know

  • Reasons in the report match the disqualification reasons admins configure in Workspace Settings. Add or rename reasons there to get cleaner reporting.

  • A candidate disqualified twice (e.g., across two different jobs) counts as two rows, once per job.

  • Candidates re-qualified after disqualification still appear in this report for the period they were disqualified.

  • Saved views are personal, they don't appear for other users unless you share them.
