There's always a delay between posting a job in Recruiterflow and it appearing live on a job board. Each board crawls and refreshes its feed on its own schedule — this is expected behavior, not a bug.
Expected delay by job board
Indeed: 12–24 hours
LinkedIn: 24–36 hours
Glassdoor: 24–36 hours
ZipRecruiter: 24–30 hours
Wait out the full window before assuming something is wrong.
If your job still hasn't appeared after the delay
Indeed may have filtered your listing from its organic (free) feed. Indeed automatically restricts certain types of jobs, including:
Identical jobs posted in multiple locations
Jobs posted under a confidential or generic company name
Commission-only roles
When a listing is flagged, Indeed typically requires you to sponsor the job (paid promotion) for it to appear in search results.
What to do
Contact Indeed directly to confirm whether your job was filtered and ask for the reason.
If your agency's jobs are routinely filtered, factor in sponsored listings as part of your job promotion workflow on Indeed.
